Once an order is placed, our minion team will gently collect your Moodie from the bunnies tribe, so please allow up to 72 hours for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 3 to 8 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as customs and postal service delays.

Your order will carefully be handed over to UPS, USPS or FEDEX... and they'll make sure your Moodies arrive to your Fairy Land in a gentle and ponctuel manner.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Pomel tracking page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

Please carefully follow the instructions below to preserve the beauty of your Bestie-Moodie:

• Hand / machine wash using cold to warm water (40°c maximum is suggested
• If machine washing, ensure a gentle cycle is selected (Preferably wash in cold water to better preserve   cuddliness and softness your Moddie!)
• Use only very mild detergents (approved for wool/ silk)
• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid mixing with other colours
• Do not iron
