At POMEL, most apparel is made to order, meaning production begins after your order is placed. This helps us manage inventory responsibly while ensuring each piece is produced specifically for your order.

Orders are typically produced, processed, and dispatched within 3–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, public holidays, and carrier delays.

Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations or order changes must be requested within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already have entered production and can no longer be canceled or modified.
